I first saw SB Dance at Mix Tape and had to see more! I was thrilled to find out about Tarotville on a parking garage rooftop downtown. The show was unique and fun – the talent beyond words. I loved it – THANK YOU for providing this to our community.! I can’t wait to see what you do next!

Tarotville was the most innovative and skillful dance and musical theater i’ve experienced. Very professionally executed and impressive. The artists were all very accomplished and worked together and with the audience to realize a very satisfying theatrical experience. Thank you – what a nice surprise!!

How they manage to put such an excellent show in such a small space is truly amazing.

We saw Curbside Theater tonight at Pinnacle Performance. Spectacular choreography; incredibly tight troupe. Loved it!

An evening with SB Dance always feels like being transported through the Wardrobe or Looking Glass depending on the night. But the post-COVID Curbside theater is special. It has turned the tables on art, beautifully performed in its spare simplicity, by towing it to the neighborhoods in the flatbed of a Tacoma pickup. Sparkling gems that remind us that even in challenging times there live among us a few Salt Lakers that can still bring magic.

It’s no exaggeration to say that SB Dance’s Curbside Theater was one of the highlights of our summer. The performance was fabulous — jazzy, fun, warm, generous, and, maybe above all, connecting. To have the chance to again see dance and hear music and to do so in our own front yard surrounded by neighbors who all longed to again connect with the arts and with each other — it was really magical. Thank you!
